We collect: your email address and real name (for account verification and payment processing only), your university and faculty (optional, for profile), content you upload (listings, submissions), payment transaction IDs and screenshots (for payment verification), and messages sent through the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your real name and email are used solely for account management and payment verification. They are never displayed to other users. We use your information to provide the Platform services, verify payments, resolve disputes, and improve the Platform.
3. What Other Users Can See
Other users can only see your Public ID (e.g., NS-ABC123), your chosen display alias (if set), your university and faculty (if provided), your bio (if provided), and your public listings, tasks, and reviews. Your real name, email, phone number, and address are never visible to other users.
4. Admins
Platform administrators can access your real name and email for payment verification and dispute resolution purposes. Admin access is logged.
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies that enforce privacy at the database level.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
8. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform.
