1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoteSphere ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be a currently enrolled university student in Bangladesh to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to post content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains personal information of third parties without consent, is fraudulent or misleading, violates any applicable law, or is intended to harass or harm other users.

4. Privacy & Anonymity

The Platform is designed to protect user privacy. You must not attempt to de-anonymize other users, share your real contact information through public-facing channels, or solicit personal contact information from other users through the messaging system.

5. Academic Integrity

The Platform is intended for selling original academic work and finding legitimate academic assistance. Submitting work you purchased on this Platform as your own to your institution may violate your institution's academic integrity policies. Users are solely responsible for complying with their institution's policies.

6. Payments & Commissions

The Platform charges a 5% commission on marketplace sales and a 10% commission on freelance task payments. Payments are processed manually. The Platform is not responsible for payments made outside the Platform.

7. Disputes

The Platform provides a dispute resolution process for freelance tasks. The Platform's decisions on disputes are final. The Platform does not guarantee any outcome in marketplace disputes.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display your content on the Platform.

9. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
